Order Information Terms & Conditions Order confirmation All orders are given on screen confirmation after they have been placed. If you submitted an e-mail address you'll also receive a Pay Pal confirmation via e-mail. We do not send a seperate e-mail confirmation Delivery Time and Postage on Hand Made Items All hand made and/or hand painted orders ( those marked with an H in a circle) are normally despatched within 16 working days from date of order, however this can increase to 28 working days, depending on workshop volumes. Working days constitutes Mon- Fri. All painted orders will need to go through our workshop to be hand cut and/or hand painted. Orders are made, painted and processed in the order they arrive. Delivery Time and Postage on Stock Items All other items, subject to stock availability, are shipped within 3 -10 working days. Out of stock items will be placed on back order and will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. Payment by Cheque If you are paying by cheque please allow an extra 10 days for your cheque to clear. International Delivery If you live outside of the United Kingdom then postage & packing charges will differ. Before placing your order please contact us via e-mail with your order details so that we can then advise what the shipping charges will be. Please note we no longer ship to Australia and will only ship small items to the US UK Distribution and Shipping cost The shipping costs are as follows: £00.01 - £24.99 = £3.95 £25.00 - £39.99 = £4.95 £40.00 - £49.99 = £5.50 £50.00 - £69.99 = £6.50 £70.00 + = £7.50 Note: If ordering on-line, the postage cost is clearly stated prior to the order being finalised. All orders within the UK are sent by First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or via a Courier Service. Should there be an over payment this will be refunded. Delivery Address We can only deliver to the address as quoted on the order by the customer and take no responsibility nor accept any liability for the accuracy of the information supplied. The onus is on the customer to provide the correct delivery information at the time that an order is placed. If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is shipped but cannot therefore be delivered, then we will not refund any part of the original postage cost and will charge a re-send fee to ship the order to the correct address. If an order is returned to us because it has been held either by the Royal Mail or by our Courier Company and has not been retrieved by the customer for whatever reason,  then we will not refund any part of the original postage cost and will charge a re-send fee to re-ship the order. Packaging All items are shipped in heavy duty envelopes or boxed. All items are shipped with fixtures. Where possible packaging is kept to a minimum and is both recycled and in turn recyclable. Environmental Policy In addition to sourcing organic and ethically traded products where possible, we strive, where we can, to use recycled packaging and stationery. Back Orders If an item is out of stock or we are expecting delays, we will notify you of this via e-mail. General Information Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately, but slight variations may occur. Please bear in mind that due to screen resolutions etc colours shown may not be identical. Guarantee and Returns All goods are carefully checked before they are sent. But if an item is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us first - see below - then return it to us, within 7 days of the receipt date, and Little Monkey Murals will send you a replacement item at no extra charge. For other non hand made items you must return the item(s) within 10 days in a new and unused condition. If you do not we may retain the items(s) and/or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. As we do not have a returns courier service all returns must be sent via the Post Office ensuring the correct postage is used. Little Monkey Murals will not retrieve any item which has incurred a charge. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Products we are unable to refund or exchange We are unable to exchange or refund any personalised or bespoke items once an order has been placed. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on any hand made/ painted items unless the order is damaged upon receipt. Cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; b) we do not deliver to your area; or c) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. Payment Little Monkey Murals accepts all major credit cards. Personal checks are also accepted, but they must clear before an order is despatched. Security Little Monkey Murals uses Pay Pal to process all on-line orders and they have secure on line banking facility which automatically encrypts all sensitive information sent. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) Pricing We are a UK based company therefore all our prices are given in British Pounds. Prices for currencies other than the British Pound are approximate, as the price will vary depending on daily conversion rates which we cannot control. Finish on Hand Made Items All hand made items are made of wood and then hand painted. Once dry they are coated in hard wearing gloss varnish. Variations on Hand Made Items As each item is individually hand painted, items will vary slightly.The colour's or style of wooden items, magnets and embellishments may vary from those shown. The background colour and overall design will not change. Personalised Items Names or other text can be written in any language and will be spelt exactly as it is sent.
